The first asphalt-paved road in Latvia was built in 1925, connecting Riga and Jūrmala. This milestone marked a new era in transportation development and laid the foundation for the modernization of the country’s road network.

The Latvian State Roads Museum is a unique place where visitors can explore the history of road construction, the technologies behind it, and its significance in the development of civilization. The museum is located in Šlokenbeka Manor, a historic architectural monument dating back to the 15th century.

To make the museum’s exhibition more modern and interactive, we developed two digital screens that serve as informational and knowledge-testing tools. Visitors can not only gain a deeper understanding of the history and evolution of road construction but also test their knowledge through engaging digital interactions.

Our solutions combine user-friendly design, visually engaging content, and interactivity, allowing museum visitors to explore the history of road construction in a dynamic and immersive way.
